Adding attack will make less of a bell sound because the sound will fade in. You want to shorten the attack. The notes you have are interesting. Focus now on the synthesizer controls.

Turn on some other oscilators and set them off tune to add some inharmonics. Set your release longer to make it ring. The bell earns 10/15.
Finish your flute and snare drum sounds for more credit. Organization 5/5
