This image seems to have been downloaded off of google, edited on a photoshop client like PicsArt and then uploaded onto Audiotool. This is not another clue, just a profile picture.
However, it's worth noting i've not seen that symbol anywhere else in relation to Thelama or Thelemagick. On top of that, when I started reading Liber DCC, it appears to be about... robes. So while I'm not sure if I'm on the right track of not, I have found out there's a sect of the Ordo Templi Orientis in my city, and I'm tempted to ask them to see if I can get more insight.
Someone pointed out the funny number, where one of the accounts of the 700 dropped out. Note that the count is back to 700 - not a person more or less apparently. I'm wondering if this is also a clue. When looking for Liber DCC, I found a website leading to a description of Thelemagick and the Ordo Templi Orientis. Bingo, the symbol which appears bottom left of the pfp is present on that page as well. Not an assassins creed symbol at all, but it still pointed me in the right direction.
