No, you have it all wrong, Zomboy was with skrillex listening to (skrillex's) new album ideas. Zomboy then made Terror squad without knowing skrillex made a version of the same kind, so Zomboy released his version first, and then skrillex must've heard it because he added a little "trolol" snippet from Terror Squad on All is Fair. This should explain it a little better (link is only visible to registered users)
I used to make decent mainstream music, but now I make worse music so maybe the hipsters will like me.
