When you use samples it's not considered original, it has to be composed by you for it to be original. But I guess if the only smples you used are one-shot drum samples (to make a beat) it kinda alright. I got my own one-shots. If you're having trouble composing your own music, check out some tutorials.

Sometimes audiotool does that and you'll just have to wait awhile. Other times republishing can help. It directly just be the server, not too sure
