Each repetition of aBstracT's track takes eight 4/4 bars. My belief is that the chord change mid-bar is throwing you off into thinking that the measures start elsewhere from beat 1. Repeat "1-2-3-4" on the beats as soon as the melody starts and it will match up.

I'm a pro orchestra musician who likes to visit Audiotool and hear charts! Someday, when I have time, I'll have fun experimenting making my own tracks. But for now, too busy playing orchestra, opera, ballet & choral/symphonic music and teaching.
