Hey,
Thank you for taking the time to read this. Hopefully, while you're at it, you can read this and listen to some of my tracks or some of my favorites to show the love to some great artists here on audiotool. Comment, like, and leave some choice verbiage so I know what people think. Or don't. Whatever that case may be for you being here, thank you and happy producing.
Thanks to artists like Navor, who inspired a lot of what my current sound is like and Opaqity for the great drum hits for majority of my music. Also, my buddy Impulse is really good. He's working on some of my stuff which I am dying to hear.
Praise Sound Remedy and Zella Day.

Hey man, I was listening to some of your stuff, and I think your style would work on the album that im making. Its all synthy ambient space music, with kind of a vintage 1969 feel. Ya down?
you are cool man I hope you want work with me
lol I wouldn't say I achieve a very great mix on my tracks. but whatever i try to do i just do by ear.
that is some bio
ok ill do it later tho
nice tracks.
Yeah I understand the frustration of trying to sound good. I still struggle with it haha
yeah that make's total sense to me. I would still be using automations but for purpose
It depends, only if it's for a certain feel. I suggest compressing if you're automating EQs so that it doesn't change the volume too much.
It's a lot of mixing up doing every step a couple or a few times.
What I do with sidechain compression is make the drums and the rest of the track in separate channels in a minimixer. After that step, I put a compressor on the master track and split the kick and snare so that it's still in the separate track and the other part is in the sidechain for the master track. Then I'd start messing around with the ratio and threshold.
What I normally do at the start of a track is make synths with effects and I EQ them to make it sound good, later on I EQ everything again to sound good together. The best way to EQ is to make things have as many cuts possible without losing good tone and boosting where it needs it only.
