I went to sleep and woke up an hour later to find I could not breathe, like I was choking on my own throat. My vision was turning black, my chest was tightening up so bad it hurt.
I limped to the shower and when the cold water hit me I think I passed out or something because the next thing I remember was waking up to burning water on my back. I got up and started to breathe slowly, and after that it got little bit better, bit by bit.
