It helps keep the community respectable and doesn't encourage others to think that it' okay to steal intellectual property just because they don't want to create their own.

that you unfave the stolen track.
Normally I'd greet people with a better message, but I feel that you should know that the track you favorited a little while ago is a stolen track. The only thing changed was the synths being taken out. I'm not a representative of Audiotool, but the community at large dislikes people who steal tracks.
