Try to open tracks from differents producers and see how they use devices, its really helpful and it will show u some tricks & tips. That's all from me. Im not from US or ENG so sorry for my language mistakes.

About your tracks? Try to have fun with effect devices, play with them and discover how they work on your own ears. Effects like Reverb, Equalizers will improve your tracks and give them a bit more "life".
Well, I don't spend a lot of time on audiotool, and probably that's why I never worked in collabs. Keep searching(maybe you already found), I suggest you to ask active users.
