They have to be less than 30 seconds long. Download audacity, free audio editing software and use that to cut tracks up. But seriously, don't just upload unedited tracks because that's not cool. No one likes it.
First of all you need to get a copy of whatever sample you want to use, an acapella for example, then you need to open the app. In the app: File>Import sample>From file. Once you've uploaded the sample you can do whatever you want with it. But don't publish a track that is 100% samples, no one likes that.
