I mean, for my stuff i use what i call the 'whale technique' on the master eq, essentially it's an eq that looks like the rough outline of the side profile of a whale; i cut around 300-500Hz nd boost the sub and 2k-5kHz highs a lil bit. Usually i'd also have some multiband compression before the eq, but nowadays i find that i just slap a waveshaper on the master output as the last effect to add some soft saturation and clip the output and call it a day

new new on the main
of course audiotool is down when i have ideas
figured out a good prog on my piano for the melody after that break thing:
Ab Minor
Gb Major
Db Major
E Major 7th
-
Ab Major (this would be a cool switchup)
Gb Major
Db Major
E Major 7th
.
and then it continues with that second half for the rest of the "drop thing" if we want to do a kind of rock-y drop.
Never

Or where can I flee from Your presence?
If I ascend into heaven, You are there;
If I make my bed in hell, behold, You are there."
