well, for one, Be active in the community. Listen to others tracks, Give feedback, and be nice. Two, Keep posting music and constantly seek to improve yourself. your fanbase will grow organically.
just get to know some people in the community. I know that can be hard, but for the love of God don't spam links. It annoys people, puts folks off, makes them ban you from their walls, etc, etc.
