      Sorry for the late response soigosigsgsh

      After you get your sample into Probe, if you click on View in the top left, there's "beat grid" option. Once you select that, options for selection snapping and time sig and bpm will appear

      It really sucks but if you set the grid in probe to match the bpm of the sample it makes it a lot easier
