Brent "aka" DrumRatt,
has been drumming since age 9. Brent has over 20
years of touring & recording credits. And has been writing music for 15 years. His first recording contract came when he was offered the
drumming spot for the LA based band, SHOT SIMON. Jeremy McGrath, AMA Supercross
Champion, personally picked SHOT SIMON's single "Orange Sunshine” for his STEEL
ROOTS video.
In 1998 Brent joined forces with HELLAFIED FUNK CREW who has shared the stages with
Drowning Pool, King Diamond, Pantera, and Motley C rew etc... Then in 2001, Brent signed
with Parallax Recording artists, track 10. track 10's single "My Way" was featured in Spin
magazine in September of 2001.
track 10 was given the honor of working for the Department Of Defense and Armed Forces
Entertainment, to tour South East Asia and perform for our men and women overseas.
In 2002 Brent joined One Up to record with Gram mynominated producer CARLOS BROADY
(India.Arie, LL Cool J, Notorious B.I.G. etc..)
ONE UP has shared the stage with are: PANTERA, KING DIAMOND, ANTRAX, The KOTTON
MOUTH KINGS, PEPPER, AFROMAN, SLIGHTLY STUPID, CAMMIONARE & THREE 6
MAFIA. Brent is looking forward to colaberating with new artists.
