You've gotta make your goal's Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Time Bound. Goals should be as specific as possible, even if this means breaking them down. If a goal is not measurable, it is not possible to know whether a team is making progress toward successful completion. So saying saying that you wish to become one of the top 10 D.J.'s, with how you say it, it's not going to happen, put more words into it, write it down, and I wish you luck.
