To learn, I think it's okay. If you go in and copy, nob by nob, how someone has set up a synth then you're being a dick. I've looked into peoples drafts before to learn how to do stuff, but I never straight up copied a set-up or synth-sound.
Meh it's sorta fround upon by me a little bit. Idk i just like people making their own sounds instead of stealing others.
