yea, this is one of the rare cases that i actually reverb my hihats, i dont like to do it too often because sometimes it tends to muddy up the drum pattern. i just turn delay all the way down, keep the room size pretty normal, and tweak with the dampness and wetness till it fits right

yeah the thing im sorta scared of is jacking the song up with too much reverb and i also dont like the way most of the hihats sound with heavy reverb on them but yours dont seem to get as much of that weird, almost flanged effect
