This will be the last Audiotool Day using the old studio.
As always, we’ve gotta lay some ground rules:
- Your track must be published between (Nov 8th - Jan 3rd
23:59
)
- Drop your track in the comments so we can find it and tag it with atday24
- The track must be made in Audiotool. Sampling and one-shots are cool (as long as you have proper usage permissions) but lifting entire instrumentals from other DAWs is pretty lame.
- No copyrighted samples– as fun as they may be to use, ATD is built around highlighting your capabilities and accomplishments, not the works of others
- AI usage is prohibited. Point blank period. This includes samples, vocals, instrumentation, etc. If we suspect a song to be performed by AI, your track will be eliminated.
- Tracks must have remix features enabled
- Only one submission is allowed per artist. If you choose to do a collab, that will count as your one submission.
This contest represents a chance to showcase your unique capabilities as an artist. Authenticity means everything, we want to hear your voice through your work in whichever way you choose to present that.
If you have any questions regarding the rules, feel free to ask :)
Can I record an acoustic track on Audiotool with probe and then master and mix in AT? It’ll be purely my voice and guitar, maybe some drums if the songs right
I would record the vocals and guitar separate, as stems and whatnot, but I don’t have a good mic or the resources to do so, so making it all one recording is optimal for my sound
