Biggest project so far. My computer couldn't handle to play the whole track at once, it crashed several times, that's why it's poorly mastered.
The only samples used are the tamborines and other one shots, a sweep, a crash and a babbling brook sample :)
Allright, this track keeps me thinking about that little brook, rippling through the Arden, in the South-East part of Belgium. I've been there several times on holidays, and when I close my eyes and listen to this track, I think of the old days, when I was a little boy, when I built a dam in the narrowest piece of that little brook. I felt the water, flowing down my legs, slightly tickling my wet hair. Leaves that had fallen from the tree flew slowly with the clear water, downstream, towards the hills, into the mountains, where the water droplets evaporated. They then went up and together they became a little cloud. The cloud pushed against the mountains, higher and higher, until it slowly condensed. The little water droplets fell down the other side of the mountain, further and further in a little stream, and when the stream was all the way down, it became a babbling brook once again.
Edit: gave it some minor tweaks, still don't know what that crackling high sound is from
4:45
to
5:02
Edit: fixed the phase modulation of the main lead
Edit: fixed the bleepish high crackling sound on the main lead, also brought the compressor a little bit down
Love the samples, no surprise there. I love that you faded out the gain wub at around
3.40
instead of keeping it all the way through. These last three tracks are so soft and smooth. Nice.
