This actually isn't too shabby, you've got a lot of potential man.
Try adding some different chord progressions, this is kind of stagnant without any real direction.
Also, it seems like you've got some background in music, try doing some research on music theory, it'll help out a lot!
One thing is crucial though, there has to be some sort of direction; I just didn't feel that with this.
