This one's all about space and stuff. The transmissions are taken from the Apollo 13 missions and the strange pads are known as 'backwards radio'. It's an unexplained radio broadcast originating in the U.S. and Europe, it can be picked up almost anywhere in the world and therefore very far out into the solar system. To maintain this broadcast requires a vast amount of power and finance. No one knows what it's for and has been playing continuously since the mid 50's. It has only stopped once, during the Apollo 13 crisis.
