Okay so to enhance that, add a detune, not too much, then use a chorus and play with the spread and depth until you think it sounds right, and don't be afraid to use the Graphical EQ, but use it subtractively instead of additionally.

There is something wrong/weird with your wavelength filter passing that is interacting with the effects pedals in a strange way.
