How did you use the sample did u just loop it or did u chop it at all?

and on the part on adding more synths, i thought of layering the melody with a synth but i couldn't find the right sounds on here, even when i tinkered with them to how it sounded good for a synth it just didn't fit the aesthetic of the beat

the sample was already pretty complete, i was finna add a oneshot vocal in some parts without the original vocals but i couldn't find any female singers who had like 5 mins to record themselves saying"AaaAahh"

i feel as though adding too much to the sample (as well as the beat in general) would've bogged down the track, as it was already good enough for publishing as a standalone sample
this track kinda feels like a beat i'd rap on, so for that i'd say it's best to keep the background stuff to a minimum
