It's not really out of tune. Here is what i mean: the chord at 0:05 is really not good. It made me cringe. And 0:06 to 0:07 that note pattern is really not that good either. Good otherwise.

That's probably because you have the timer set to the bars, press the music symtbol and it will give you real time
