hmmm man doing this kind of thing is really unhealthy for creativity.
looking at refract, the instrumentation is exactly the same, percussion is extremely similar, structure is identical (can't believe you did the whole dnb beat thing in section 2 again) and it's obvious you didn't make any effort to come up with any new ideas at all.
I could never lose appreciation for a track based on its genre, but I can't discourage this kind of self-plagiarism any stronger. trust me, don't do it man
i mean everyone else said its way too similar the last one wasn't very original to begin with ive got the same crit from the last one you need to work on transitions and learn how to set up a drop for the biggest possible impact
You have a lot of talent, use it to come up with new things no one's ever heard before. Doing that will definitely boost your creativity and motivation.
It is a great track, but like all the comments before it is way too similar to Refract. In general this track feels a bit more muddy than refract; the kick and general low end could be a bit more defined than it is.
@opaqity
made a great point btw, get out of your comfort zone, experiment with new genres. You can even forget about genres and come up with your own sound, just make sure not to copy and paste tracks like you did here.
