  Hmm I think the rass on the drums needs help! Try switching the snapping grid at the top of the rass to 1/4 and minimize the use of speed. If your still trying to get the low vocals, just snap the grid smaller to 1/8 and fill every block with speed (: IF that's what your looking for. But to me the drums should stay in their default pattern and not slowed down.
