Okay, so when you set the third OSC to square wave, it starts at 1 then zero in middle then -1 onwards... If you put 0Hz that means it ALWAYS stays at one!, since it's always at one, and since saw() + saw( stuff + 1*amount) that 1*amount is the shift. and you modulate the "amount"
i haven't... There's lots of possibility with teh Hesienberg and I can't bother trying all of them, it's really interesting to ponder and think what you can get out of em
i think i need some more time for the heisenberg saw thing to sink in a bit lol... have you tried modulating the saw with a circle wave instead of a sine wave? gives you the whole range up to a normal square wave
yep.. phase modulation is just "shifting" the wave... So if you shift it by the same amount,... well, it';s just "delayed"... but if you wiggle the amount of shifting, you get vibrato, or stuff that sounds like PM/FM
