with the breaks i mean breaks in the drums, like fill patterns or something. Just a few ... It keeps it more natural. Always the same beat makes it a little artificial if u know what i mean
Oh wow man. Very impressing ... Love the first part the best. The progression is so natural. The drop comes in quite abrupt. Maybe in the part before it u can introduce the bass or something to prepare the listener for it :)
Maybe the overall volume of the drop could be a little lower. Might make it less abrupt too. Just some minor things I would do i guess. And yes some breaks would do wonders. Its all in the details mate ... they make such a difference ...
I've been working on making the break before the drop twice as long and adding sub and chord risers for it. Lowering volume too, added an arp, adding breaks now (although not sure what they'll be yet, open to suggestions)
Since you guys like, it I'm thinking of sending it somewhere and I'm wondering if I should change the drop from what it is to a harsh and aggressive bass thing, or if I should just add breaks and call it a day. Thoughts?
