  Ok, so I live near CN n' Adult swim headquaters.

  And they told me, "We can't take most of them, becuase most of them are crap, and sometimes they find good ones but they have to deal with the legal issues, you know? samples and what not, blah blah, and also people do this stuff all over the world, so you would have to bug them constantly.... :/ Its just that you have to have a really good one, and some one from high ranks for adultswim bumps, Flying lotus, Mr. Bump etc to tell them about your bumps.
