The "Stutter" effect repeats a segment of the input signal continuously, optionally changing its pitch gradually upwards or downwards. When the repetition rate is quick enough, an effect similar to oscillator sync is obtained. The effect is repeated a second time with noise added, generating a different timbre. Since Rasselbock effects are tempo dependent, changing the tempo alters the resulting perceived pitch of the effect. Try it!
