It's nice. The sidechaining seems way too extreme for my liking. Your bass also feels weird to me. It's like the kick is the only source of bass, and the synth chords sound thin without bottom end. The snare also feels weird to me. It has a really agressive snap, and the sidechaining only makes it worse.
I'm just offering my honest thoughts. Please don't get too offended. ;)
