melodic dubstep?!?! [Melodic Dubstep]
welp, if this works out, this is going to be my next official song, if not then its another experiment. first and foremost, the OTT is FUCKING AWESOME SO GODAMN UNBELIEVABLE and yes. those are growls. yes. those growls are awesome. yes, client helped me, and yes, i do plan on deviating and trying to develop my own sound if its not already there. thanks. :3 also, i do plan on finishing this, i have probably spent a lil too much time on this, but i guess im spending what little free time i have left until i ACTUALLY get a job on mostly music. i also know that i SAID i was on a hiatus, but it wont be long until i actually cant do much. which will suck , but it is what it is.

tweaking the growl. for some reason the third growl in each set of growls, it randomly cuts off at the beginning of the note, make a quick tap, no sound, and then skipping like a rock in a weird way. idk. it kinda sucks, been tryna figure out what the hell has been causing it ever since i first published this.

Hey, this is epic! Super cool idea. Tbh the chords sound a little strange tho. I mean the design itself is awesome, but it doesn't sound like you used triads. Did you use like- a jazz scale or something? idk... my main point is you'll really hit that melodic sound that you often hear in most convetional melodic dubstep if you just use a major key scale and some triads for the chords. The basses are pretty good too. I mean ofc they need work but the only way to get good is to just do it a lot.

honestly i was just going with what sounded good to me, honestly triads just sounds way to regular to me, i like to experiment and try things that ive never done.

yeah, there are some minor key melodic dubstep songs. theres literally song called lush with that feel, and the whole song is amazing.

obv needs some work. those growls are very interesting to say the least. im sure client will give me some crit on that. and also everything seems so high up in volume. i plan on adding a bridge/second verse and then have another build up and then have a much heavier much bassier second drop.
