Hey, if you set the pulv to polyphone you can play multiple notes at the same time. So you can use the Pulv over several octaves.
It also makes a difference whether you play a note only 1/16 or, for example, 1/2.
With the settings of Attack, Decay, Sustain and Release you can create different sounds for notes of different lengths.
Remix is open, so can take a look inside the draft and what is going on there.
