This does not suck! There are a lot of really good elements in here. Case in point 01:12 how TF did you do that record scratch sound? THAT'S SO COOL I WANT TO LEARN IT.
Also the mood is generally kind of dissonant and hypnotic with those three notes playing over and over again. I like this. It sounds like you had a bunch of great ideas but just didnt know quite how to put them all together 💜

I used one of the more sustained samples, probably the microwave or the oven. As far as I remember, I boosted a few frequencies with EQs and put some distortion on it. The main part of it was a filter I put on bandpass, increased the resonance and then automated the cutoff. You can achieve a similar effect with a low pass filter (arguably a better idea). I learned this from CGman drafts, would recommend taking a look at their drafts.
