I love this track. One suggestion I am gonna make is, honestly, every instrument should come with its own EQ. You wanna be able to make distinct spaces for each instrument. In this track I can feel how many of the instruments overlap with each other which kinda blends them together a bit - not as much because of the Reverb and Delay you added, so thats good, but nothing wrong with adding some extra EQ to everything to give it that final polish
I think the EQ on the Centroid should be sufficient, but the Graphical EQ is much better, since it accually has a highpass option (all the way left) And not only do you see visually what each node is boosting or suppressing, but at the top left of its screen thing, you can turn on the frequency spectrum of the intrument, which helps a lot in figuring out where to boost or cut - and for compressing the master output, my advice is only get it between 3-6 dBs without compromising the sound
Glad you enjoyed it and thanks for the advice!! I was thinking that the EQ area on the Centroid would have been good enough for the different instruments, but using the actual EQs should give me better results. And I've never thought of using a compressor on the entire Centroid! I'll give it a try for my next track. Thanks again!
And as one last thing, I would suggest added a compressor to the Master Output on the centroid, it helps in general with preventing Clipping. The best compressor in my opinion is the Gravity - as it shows you the dB range your actually compressing the signal
