Beautiful track! Like that you downpitched the voice, the white noise is cool maybe a bit to loud (high pitched tones come easy trough in the mix) but that's taste is does not hurt my ear so that's good, the kick snare beat is functional and fits perfect to the music only thing I would consider is to make the kick resemble a heartbeat it could work idk but that could make it come more to life, love the intro, cords and bell arpegio. The slides/detuning parts help to keep the attention, great :~)
