Whew...super slow progress isn't exactly good for music making i reckon, things get done too slowly.
Well...yeah...i don't really know what to say in this here description to be honest. Been busy with exams and homework...and becoming addicted to studying and increasing my pool of knowledge (is that good or bad? I dont know).
Though in honesty, being going through a lot of thinking and meditatin' and some more thinking...which does NOT couple well with feelings of self-induced remorse and doubt...not at all. I guess ill be doing a lot more thinking in my free time these next few months.
Oh yeah, on more thing...because of the dificulty in the creationary process of my tracks, until the semester ends, ill instead work on simple tracks, between 1 and 3 synths is my limit. That way, I can make stuff i like and it doesnt eat up much of my time to study.
Which means that ill be giving more time to sound design, cmposition and usage of minimal assets to create music...like ye olden days of yore!
Alright, that's enough writing for now...sheesh, i should write more often, it seems to do me good i guess...i should consider a journal or something if i get the time :I
With AUX, i can score Compression for all my percussion (I like to have each drum sound with its own channel for EQ) and then apply a reverb to all channels at once too...makes it easier when you want to have selected channels receive something
At times, using individual effects is better, since you can dial independent values that work for each one. With the AUX however, you can apply one effect across as many channels as you want, and dial in how much of that effect affects a channel at at a time...
Dont have a separate Reverb on the 303, but i DO have a Reverb in one of the AUX channels, all i do i turn up how much reverb it can get, thanks for the info :D
