Very atmospheric, well done! I like the general sense of distortion, especially in the guitar sound.
Working on this, decided to take a part of a song from the Transistory OST and build off it.

was listening through tracks and this one bugged me so i fixed some issues with the stereo field and clipping.

This reminds me of California Hotel! You should try searching other drum samples. I don't think these drum fits so well.
