"Why Try" essentially speaks upon the ego mania of artists and how much their art is perceived. With this song, i struggle to find reasons why should pour my everything into my art just for it to lay on deaf ears. At the end of the day music has always been a form of therapy for me. Sure i'd love to make a carer out of it, but even if my album didn't sell a single copy, I'll be making music for myself because i love it. Call it selfish, but i call it a reason to live.
