Makes friends basically, meet new people. Like people's stuff, and give feedback, post on their wall regularly... ya' know...
Since you're small, kinda like me, you should start out by finding a nice group of small artists that make the kinda music you like, and just be really active inside that social circle.
Making a discord account really helps in this aspect ngl. If you don't have a discord, you should prolly make one and connect with your fellow artists there.

Well the only thing you're really missing right now I guess would be just being more active in the community. Setting goals is cool and all, but you shouldn't worry about how many followers you do or don't have. You should just make music because you love to.
However being active in the audiotool community really helps with getting followers. lol
