This deciding process was hard not gonna lie. but I am deciding that the winner is @duckie congrats my guy! I personally think that imma get someone to professionally make the synths tho. i love the creativity everyone had but for this Applemusic Album I want it to be the very best

for sure. and you killed it imo. like this is mos def Soundcloud bound right here. but imma make sure everything i want and need on this track makes it. this is pop not hiphop which is probably why you were confused. also the timing was 6/8. it is a huugggeee challenge. but as producers we should embrace that which is what you did

i just invested in a mic/interface set. but it was lowkey costly. i just suggest getting a good interface. sweetwater does payment plans for good stuff like that. I'm swinging that way whenever i upgrade(when i move out) I'm just going to renovate my apartment room into a studio tbh.

i listened. that wasnt the feel i was expecting try working with more pop sounds and actually put it in 6/8 time you still had it in 4/4. a good tip is the machiniste you can put it in "3" or "6" mode and that's 3/4 and 6/8 time. also just copy the midi track i put on the piano and put it into more synths creating a bigger feel.
