Ever seen a movie where the charecters in tyhe movie are not sure if someone is going to live or die, and the charecters have flashbacks of the good time with that charecter, and everything seems to slow down in that time. Well this song is suppose to rerpresent things slowing down. The intense part represents the ER crew trying to save that person.
