the crackling you hear at 3.24 is just the effect of a sloper on your synth, there's not much you can do about it,

What you're hearing at 3.24 is actually going on throughout the entire track, the sine waves might be taking up most of the space of the track, that's what I think anyway. Easily taken care of with EQ though.
