There isn't much happening in the stereo field; try panning a few instruments slightly to the side to create a wider mix.
I think the cool bass growl thing at 0:16 is causing some masking issues with the 808.
I'd not be surprised if that kick clips the track on each hit.

Ahh, that explains what I thought was masking; an intentional drop out of the 808 entirely. In which case, you could beef up the low-end on the growl, or add a sub-bass layer to it so it hits a little lower and fills that new gap.
