You should also probably adjust the notes those plucks are playing. Right now it sounds like they're playing really weird tensions (harmonic extensions) that aren't present in the chords or melody. You might also want to use stronger leading in the melody.

Yeah, nice groove! For the melody synth, keep in mind that it's a pretty vocal sounding synth, so you want it to kinda breath a bit. Adjust the tuning on the second knob a little as it runs through the line, either using the built in modulation or manually.
