  • how do you make the synths in this

    • ...that is usually stereo if the main pads are mono, and mono if the pads are stereo. But that can be changed to give a slightly different feeling I think. Ik soundscapes/atmospheric tracks on AT love to use stereo on almost all their pads. They even automate the panning to travel from ear to ear on those.

    • I kinda just mess around with the curve eq and quantum for the bass, but my oscillators usually have gritty waveforms not like the sine or circle. Like the dirac, planck, newton, etc (listed on the heisenberg). For my pads I usually have one layered on top of another--one for high eq and one for mid eq, then a bass to supplement the low eq. For this one I used a Space for the highs and Pulv for the mids, but they overlap too. I also have a constant "stab pad" in the background here...
