Key: D Minor

Chords: Dm9 - Abmaj9b5 - Abm9 - Eb9(13)

You can change the Abmaj9b5 to be a Bb9(13) and make both dominant chords within the sequence become tritone substitutions, instead of just one with the Abmaj9b5 later ending with the Eb9(13)

The #9 and the #13 extension are diatonic notes which these dominant chords resolve into minor chords.

The key can either be A Minor or D Minor

D Minor is the better fit because of the start of with the Dm9 chord and the voicings for D minor are built in thirds.
