"Spices like fresh ginger generally contain a broad range of aromatic components. When describing ginger aroma descriptors like 'citrus' or 'spicy' pop up, but woody and floral notes also tend to determine the aroma of ginger". I have decided to change the notes and focus mostly on the smell.
