I think I want to make this a track... I'll give it some more thought
little anecdote here, the overhead light in my dorm is broken and keeps flickering even though I called maintenance to come fix it
guy came in and replaced the bulb and just watched it flicker and deemed it fixed
if I get billed for this I will be angry
anyways it's distracting
