nah i think its true man, he's bang on imo. The moment i hear a shitty mix/master of a 'professional' release i instantly stop listening. If you want to compete with the big dogs you have to git gud at mastering yourself (reaallly hard and expensive), or find a trustworthy engineer to do it for you (which is also pretty expensive dependant on their rates)
